We are excited to open up registration for our 1st Annual Book Fair and Young Author Press Awards launch. Booths are filling up fast so please get your registration in as soon as possible.
You will have approximately 9’x12′ area with one 4′ table and two chairs. Please bring any additional fixtures or decor you would like. You may not set up anything beyond your area.
The hours of the event this year are 10am – 5pm.
Vendor Booth Details
- Vendors will load-in Saturday, from 7:30am – 9:30am
- Load in MUST be done by 9:30am and all cars MUST be off site by 9:30am. Please unload your car and then move it before you set up. Space is tight and limited and we need available space for all artists unloading in the same area
- Vendor spaces are a 9’x12′ area
- Load out starts at 5:00pm
- Please pack everything up before bringing your vehicle on-site
- Area must be left clean with no trash
